Lenrok Industries, Inc., recently acquired Bramic Industries, Inc., a custom cam and machining business at 542 W Winthrop Avenue in Addison, Illinois.
“Bramic Industries has a solid reputation for great service within the industries they’ve traditionally served,” said Jeffrey Cornell, Lenrok’s managing director. “We’re very excited to be able to continue Bramic’s custom cam business and look forward to providing these components for years to come,” he added. “We believe Bramic’s long tradition of providing high quality, low volume precision machined components makes it an ideal acquisition for us.”
The Bramic custom cam business has been located in Addison since 1983, and primarily serves the printing, medical, process automation, and packaging industries. Lenrok Industries will relocate their main office from Caledonia, Illinois to Bramic’s Addison, Illinois address as part of the ownership transition. The Bramic business will continue to provide custom cam and other precision machining under the Bramic Industries name. Lenrok Industries has committed financing and available cash sufficient to fund the payment of the purchase price and also provide adequate liquidity for operation and investment after closing.
